Herbalife guarantees
the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and
certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards
of freshness and purity for customer use. If a product ever arrives
and is not fresh we will promptly exchange it at our expense.
Refund Policy

Make sure that
you are using the products consistently. This simple
step solves the majority of issues we come across.

Contact us with
any questions regarding product usage or results. We only
guarantee results when you use the products consistently and
correctly, with our guidance and assistance.
3.
All returns that
qualify must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and be returned within 30 days from the day you
received your products. There are no exceptions and failure to obtain an RMA
will result in possible disqualification of your refund
request. To obtain refund instructions, discuss our
refund policies and begin the RMA process please contact us
at 1-800-388-8351 and press option #3 to connect to order
support. Please leave a detailed message with your
name, order number and the best day time phone number to
reach you.
Note
Completed copies of the Retail Order Form and Customer Request for
Refund Form must accompany all returns. Returned
products need to be returned well within thirty (30) days of you
first receiving it.
Return Shipping Costs
Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Cash Refunds
There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.
Promotions
& Free Gifts
Free gifts, free shipping and free handling fees are non-refundable
on returns! If your order qualifies for free shipping, then actual
shipping plus Herbalife handling fees (which is not refunded to us)
is NOT credited back. We do NOT profit from your returns!
Exchanges
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be
added and re-stocking fee's may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend
that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
Distributors and Wholesale Club Members
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final
and no returns will be accepted by Herbal Discounter or Herbalife
