| | | | We offer a wide range of shipping options - whether you prefer Ground or require Next Day Air. Be sure to specify how you would like us to ship your merchandise at the time of purchase.
Standard Shipping Orders usually ship via FedEx Ground, which normally takes 3-6 days to arrive. When it is quicker order may ship via the USPS or UPS. If you would like to upgrade to 2nd day or overnight delivery you may select this
upgrade option at checkout.
Shipping Standards We employ Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service. -
Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders normally ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.

Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.

If you request overnight or 2 day
shipping please be aware Federal Express and UPS do NOT deliver on Saturday or
Sunday and you will only get your order on the next business day. For example,
if you place an order on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and request
overnight delivery your order will not be delivered until Monday. If you order
on a Friday afternoon your order will only be processed and shipped on Monday
and will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on or before a public holiday
may also be effected in a similar way.

Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.

Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

Tracking numbers will be sent once it is becomes available. Due to spam filters and other email delivery problems if you do not receive you tracking number you can call us at
1-800-679-7270 and we will provide you the latest information by phone.

Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will be shipped separately via USPS. Backordered items can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us. Damaged Merchandise In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact the local carrier office immediately to obtain an inspection report. Ask the carrier to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection.
Lost Merchandise On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by the carrier. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied to your credit card.
Accessories only orders We are unable to ship any accessories that
are not purchased with a minimum of 1 Herbalife product. We will attempt to
contact you to add an Herbalife product to your order but if unable to do so
or you do not want to purchase any Herbalife products the order will be
cancelled. |
